1. 使用本产品
KeepCost（物日记）提供个人物品记录、持有成本计算、资产总览、待办与可选云端 AI 辅助。请合法使用服务，尊重他人信息与知识产权，不尝试滥用、干扰或绕过服务保护。基本物品记录不要求订阅。
Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议适用于 App 的许可使用；本页说明产品服务及订阅条件。在适用法律提供强制性消费者权利时，本条款不限制这些权利。
2. 持有成本的含义
日均持有成本＝净成本 ÷ 日历持有天数。购买当天计为一天，天数至少为一天。在用物品计算到当前日期；售出或停用物品计算到所记录的结束日期，包含结束当天。
净成本为购价；状态为售出且填有出售金额时，扣除该出售金额。出售金额超过购价时可得到负成本。当前计算不包含额外维修、利息、机会成本、通胀或汇率变化，且不代表实际使用次数、使用天数、当前市场价值或未来回报。不同币种不自动折算合计。
3. KeepCost Pro 订阅
KeepCost Pro 为按月自动续订订阅，提供不限次 AI 助手对话。美国商店参考价格为每月 US$2.99；你所在商店的币种、税费和实际价格以 Apple 购买确认页显示为准。
付款由 Apple 在你确认购买时收取。除非在当前订阅期结束至少 24 小时前取消自动续订，订阅将自动续期；Apple 可能在结束前 24 小时内扣收下一期费用。你可以在 iOS「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中管理或取消。取消后，可在已支付期限内继续使用，退款请求由 Apple 处理，受其政策及适用法律约束。
你可以在 App 设置中恢复购买。订阅结束后，已有物品记录与基本成本计算仍可使用。订阅不会赋予你对云端服务稳定性或 AI 输出正确性的保证。不要滥用自动化请求或转售服务访问。
4. AI、网络与您的确认
AI 和语音识别需要网络，可能因网络、提供商可用性或系统限制而失败。AI 输出可能有遗漏或错误；请核对金额、日期、币种和内容，再保存草稿或作出决定。AI 不提供保证的金融、投资、税务或法律建议，不承诺收益、收入或节省金额。
使用云端 AI 或语音前，请阅读隐私政策，了解发送到第三方服务的信息。服务实现可能随产品更新而变化；实质变更会在适当位置说明。
5. 记录、导出与责任
你负责所输入记录的准确性。请通过可用导出功能与个人备份保存重要数据。iCloud 同步依赖你的 Apple 账户、设备与网络；服务可用性和同步时机不作无条件保证。
在适用法律允许的范围内，开发者不对因错误输入、未审核的 AI 内容、网络中断或第三方服务故障导致的间接损失负责。本条款不排除法律不允许排除的责任。
1. Using KeepCost
KeepCost (物日记) provides personal item records, ownership cost calculations, an asset overview, tasks and optional cloud AI assistance. Use the service lawfully, respect other people’s information and intellectual property, and do not abuse, disrupt or bypass service protections. Basic item records do not require a subscription.
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to licensing of the app. This page explains the product service and subscription conditions. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
2. What ownership cost means
Daily ownership cost equals net cost divided by calendar days owned. The purchase date counts as one day, with a minimum of one day. Active items count through today; sold or retired items count through the recorded end date, including that date.
Net cost starts with the purchase price. For a sold item with sale proceeds entered, those proceeds are subtracted. Sale proceeds above the purchase price can produce a negative cost. The calculation currently excludes repairs, interest, opportunity cost, inflation and exchange-rate changes. It is not a count of actual uses or days used, a current market valuation, or a forecast of returns. Different currencies are not automatically converted and combined.
3. KeepCost Pro subscription
KeepCost Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription providing unlimited AI assistant conversations. The US reference price is US$2.99 per month. Apple shows the currency, taxes and final price for your storefront before purchase.
Apple charges payment when you confirm a purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions. After cancellation, access continues through the paid period. Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law.
Restore purchases in app Settings. When a subscription ends, your existing item records and basic cost calculations remain available. A subscription does not guarantee cloud service availability or the accuracy of AI output. Do not abuse automated requests or resell access to the service.
4. AI, connectivity and review
AI and speech recognition require a connection and may fail due to network, provider availability or system limits. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Check amounts, dates, currencies and content before saving drafts or making decisions. AI does not provide guaranteed financial, investment, tax or legal advice or promise returns, income or savings.
Before using cloud AI or voice, read the privacy policy to understand information sent to third-party services. Service implementation may change with updates, with material changes explained where appropriate.
5. Records, export and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter. Use available export features and your own backups to preserve important information. iCloud sync depends on your Apple account, devices and network; service availability and sync timing are not unconditionally guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses arising from incorrect input, unreviewed AI content, network interruption or third-party service failure. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
